What Causes Difficulty In Urination?

I am having problem with urinating - ER drained 3500 cc - they say my prostate is not enlarged enough to be concerned - two Drs I have visited with tell me that it can be swollen on the inside where they urethea tube is and not be enlarged on the outside - true or false

Hi and welcome.
Yes, it can be swollen inside and this can be proved only by cystoscopy, but before this I would suggest to do kidneys ultrasound to rule out possible urinary stones which may cause your symptoms. LAst cause, is so called neurogenic bladder which is consequence of certain neurologic diseases. Wish you good health. Regards
