What Causes Difficulty In Urinating After Receiving Vitamin B12 Shots?
For the last 4 weeks I have been on a very strict diet medically supervised at a weight loss clinic. I am receiving B12 shots and appetite suppressant Phentermine. Since I started the diet I have been having trouble urinating . I went to my doctor and she checked my prostate and my PSA is elevated from my last physical. My question is can the diet enlarge my prostate and will it go down after the diet?

The symptoms are not related to vitamin shots.
If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possibilities like renal stones.
