What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Burping In A Child?

my daughter is 9 and is having a hard time swallowing and is burping alot not eating much and her dr told me it appears she may be developing intolerance for lactose but really hasn t done any blood work to ensure its not a bacteria what could possibly causing this?

Hello,

You should get the stool examination for the exclusion of bacteria pathology. Usually, lactose intolerance is diagnosed by history. As a trial, you should avoid dairy products for your child and her symptoms will start improving from the second day itself.
