What Causes Difficulty In Pulling Foreskin Back?

I am 55, 5' tall and a little overweight 11st. my foreskin is joining my helmet in a strange way i can no longer pull my foreskin back completely! if i do the skin tares in the places it has recently joined to. I was diagnosed with liken planis about 8yrs ago could it be something to do with that?

It could be due to conditions like phimosis. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. In severe cases you might require a circumcision.
