What Causes Difficulty In Lifting Up The Right Foot?

My 91 year old mother said she cannot lift her right foot high enough to not drag. She was admitted to emergency today where she under went a cat scan. They also checked her heart (EKG) and lungs. They told her they couldn t find anything wrong. She does have sciatica and lower disc problems.

it appears to be neurological problem. consult neurologist. exclude diabetes. take tablet neurobion forte daily for one month.
