General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your uterus is in a smaller size than normal and you are having thicker endometrial in the posterior wall showing adenomyosis. This can make getting pregnant difficult. Consult a gynecologist for possible ways of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
