What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy In Women With Regular Menstruation?

Hello Sir, My name is Farhat Jahan(Gender: female). I am 26 years old. In April 2011, I got married. I have consulted 4 doctors. All are saying that my reports are normal. Sometimes it takes time to conceive. 4 years have been passed but I did not conceive. Now my doctor has suggested for IUI. I am so much worried and confused. if everything is normal why I am not conceiving. will IUI work or is it the last option? These are my reports: On 20 March 2013, TRANSVAGINAL SONOGRAPHY INTERPRETATION SUMMARY: NORMAL STUDY. UTERUS: Uterus is normal in size. Contours are smooth and regular. Myometrial is normal, Endometrium is normal. Endometrium is normal. Cervix is normal. OVARIES: Both the ovaries are normal. ADENEXA: Is clear on both sides. No mass lesion is seen in either side. CUL-DE-SAC: No free fluid is seen on POD. On 03 May 2013, ENDOMETRIAL BIOPASY: GROSS: Received multiple light brown soft tissue bits together measuring 1.5x1.0x0.5 cm. [Entire tissue: 123465] MICROSCOPY & IMPRESSION: ENDOMETRIAL BIOPASY: 1. Shedding late secretory (consistent with day 1 of a 28 days menstrual cycle). 2. No evidence of endometritis or granuloma or atypia in this biopsy. On 08 May 2013, HYSTEROSALPHINGOGRAPHY REPORT DONE UNDER C ARM: Contrast medium is seen in the uterine cavity. It is normal in size and shape. No abnormal defect is seen in it. Both the tubes are visualized up to the fimbrial end. Peritoneal spill of dye is seen on the either side. IMPRESSION: BILATERAL PATENT TUBE On 12 may 2013, FOLLICULAR STUDY: UTERUS: normal in size. Endometrial echo is central. Echopattern of myometrium is homogeneous. Cervix appears normal. OVARIES: Both are normal in size & shape. Echopattern is normal. No mass seen in adnexal region. DATE DAY FOLLICLES SIZE ENDOM. THICKNESS Rt. ovary Lt. ovary 12 may 12thday 7,9mm 9,14mm 7mm 14 may 14th day 8,10mm 18mm 7.5mm 16 may 16th day 9,10mm 20mm (Ecuting 5000 11mslit was given) 7.5mm 18 may 18th day 9,10mm ruptured 8mm 18 may- ovulatory cycle.
