What Causes Difficulty In Gaining Weight?

Hi, I am 32 year old male and want to gain wait. I have good appetite, but unable to gain weight. I m 6ft 1 inch and weigh 66kg. Pls, will Apetamin fork for a me, being a male. I have not heard any male talk about it or reviews by any male. Thank you.

NO for Apetamin..Eat balanced diet... Go for muscle building exercises..

First thing is your weight is within normal range which is from 64 kgs to 78 kgs
for your height according to asian body mass index standard.. you cant fall below or above that range.. So you can increase your weight upto 8-10kgs if you wish..

About Apetamin: Dont use apetamine.. Apetmine contains anti histaminic which is not good for long term usage for both males and females.. you are already in normal weight range so there is no need to go for medications..

Coming to Solution:
First learn about Balanced diet which should contain balance of all types of natural food.. Then take some extra protein food which include pulses, egg, beans, milk, soya, sprouted legumes etc daily along with balanced diet..
Second go for muscle building excercises[anarobics] which increases healthy muscle weight.. But you should compensate those workouts with extra protein food..

I should say gaining weight is easier than losing it.. you will succeed it definitely..
