What Causes Difficulty In Gaining Muscle Mass?

Hello. I am 51 in Dec. I weigh 180 lbs. Been trying to gain muscle/mass. Taking various suppliments free test b6 omeg 3. And mass tech weight gainer. Work out has been cut back to 3 day a week instead of 6 days previously to try and help. Not gaining mass even with the gainer. Have gotten up to 187. But now back down to 180. Lift heavy to start then lite. Push ups squats n jogging. Jogging has been cut back to 1 mile per week cuz it wld peel off to much weight to quickly. Whats wrong.

In order to gain muscle mass, a training schedule couples with supplements is required.
However, strength training and supplements should be taken under supervision of a certified expert.
The diet also needs to be planned for building muscle mass.
Time taken for building muscle mass varies from person to person and depends on the body type.
I suggest you to perform all training, taking supplements and diet under supervision of a trainer.
