Hi Sir, i am working in software company and 29 yrs old....what i have problem is, my penis is not getting stand up and not getting tight as it was getting tight many times in a day. HOw to fix this issue. I am wearing tight cloths...is it a problem?

No your wearing is not responsible for that. You may be habitual in mmasterbation. Mostly ED Pt. Habitat with this. That's why penis muscular dystrophy occur. But you can get improvement in this problem . First avoid sex for at least 3. Month. Take medicine like viryastambhan vat or cap erogen with ashwagandhrita under supervisiion of any curved do.
