Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like more of psychological problem for me. Is your ejaculation normal during masturbation? If your ejaculation is normal during masturbation, you do not need to worry. Please be confident and enjoy sex. Do not have negative thinking. You will be alright. In case of persistent problem, do consult your dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
