Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As history directs more towards the weakness of the muscles and the nerve pathology as well. Since there is no pain this will be a mere incidence of the weakness of the muscles.

Doing strengthening exercises for the upper limb which includes the Strengthening of the forearm and hand muscle groups will help her to use the right hand well. Taking physical guidance of the exercises from a Physiotherapist will provide much better results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
