What Causes Difficulty In Defecation And Darker Colored Stool?

I have noticed for the past few days that my normally solid-colored mid-brown stool has turned into a mid-brown color with much darker blotches. There is no foul odor, my diet has not changed, but the stool does seem to be more difficult to pass. Afterwards, my bowels seem emptier than my normal evacuation. Any cause for concern?

Hi,

We need to get you evaluated since there is no change in the diet. First check whether you are feeling tiredness than before..any loss of wieght, mild pain abdomen. need to get the stool examination for occult blood and routine.

Hope this will help in further evaluation. Have plenty of liquids around 2.5 to 3 liters of fluid per day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
