Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of difficulty in breathing and phlegm release after severe anaphylactic reaction due to medication. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stop taking that medicine immediately as it could lead to choking as well. Avoid eating spicy and heavy food specially at night. Consult pulmonologist for proper examination. Doctor may order x-ray chest and start treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of fluids. For now do warm saline gargles and maintain oral hygiene .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
