What Causes Difficulty Breathing And Discomfort In Heart?

I have this sinking feeling in my heart. This has happened couple of times in the past but had gone away without any treatment. I am experiencing the same thing again. Feel like I have to breathe hard and sometimes it induces like a sudden cough while I am speaking.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I appreciate your concern and if i were your doctor, i would suggest you not to eat spicy food and dont lie down immediately after having your food, because this may be because of acidity or bloating abdomen. do regular exercise in form of walking. if this continues in future also, you can consult a physician and check your blood pressure.
Hope this will help you and feel free to ask any questions directly to me anytime.
