What Causes Difference In BP Reading?

My blood pressure from my left arm was 146/106 w/88 pulse I retook it same arm and it was 137/106 with 90pul so then I took pressure on my right arm 146/106 92pulse why the difference and what does this mean I do take low dosage of blood pressure medicine I am 35 and high blood pressure runs in my family

If it is more than 20 mm than it needs evaluation
