hello madam..
there are multiple causes for the pressure difference between both arms..
it can be due to..
blood vessel compression by structures like muscle or bone
tear inside the artery
clots in the blood vessel(more common in elderly)
but you need not worry...there is treatment for everything..
what was the report of the scan?
if it is due to clot it can be dissolved by using medication..other causes are unlikely..
in SIGNIFICANT NUMBER of patients there is a mild difference between two arms WITHOUT any reason..
so don't worry..if you can upload the report of scan i would be able to explain you..
