What Causes Diarrhea,cough,headache And Loss Of Appetite?

Hello, I ate Chinese food last night. I was the only one who eat chicken fingers, and the only one who got sick. Symptoms: Slight cough Coughing yellowish mucus Drained of energy Fever/chills Diarrhea Headache Loss of appetite Does this sound like food poisoning?

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the food poisoning but it could be sign of dyspepsia it is the condition that may not need any treatment but of course have some light diet hope this information helps.
