What Causes Diarrhea With Nausea And Tiredness?

I have flu like symptoms. Feel like I have a fever yet none exits. Very tired, nausea, some diarrhea. My brother was recently treated for a peptic ulcer which had caused a low blood count. My BP is normal and my heart rate is 47. I was treated for aFib but currently I am in normal rhythm. I am on Coumadin.

Hi.
Thank for your query, Noted your findings of flu like symptoms, fever, tired, nausea and diarrhea. Your BP is normal, but the heart rate is 47, were treated for AFib and currently have normal rhythm and on coumadin. Your brother suffered from peptic ulcer and low blood counts.

All this history indicates that you might have gastroenteritis of bacterial or viral origin. This can be confirmed by tests of stool, blood and urine; ultrasonography helps in some cases.
Once done you will be started on appropriate medications to get a cure.
Further tests of colonoscopy and so on may be needed if there is no full response.
