What Causes Diarrhea While On Glycomet And Telma?

Hi. I am 41. Travelling outside of the country, in China. I take Glycomet Gp 0.5 and Telma 40 in the morning and glycomet 500 SR and Telma 20 at night. I was prescribed Moza 5, but it started giving me loose motion. I have Omaz D and Metrogyl 400 in my bag. Should I take these? I have 6 tablets 2 per day is ok?

* Glycomet has side effect as diarrhea but it will happen only if you are taking
it for new starting , not later on
* I think this in relation to food / water induced more likely .
* Yes can consume Omez D on empty stomach , Metrogyl after meals for 2
times a day for 3 days would suffice .
* Along with that take care
- drink only mineral water , maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- have small amount of light diet at regular intervals
- avoid all oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages
- avoid smoking / alcohol
- take care of dietary restriction of diabetes , hypertension as well
