I got sick Friday evening I had diarrhea with bad stomach cramps. I took some activated charcoal, powder form, & I was drinking carrot juice and water. Sunday night was the first time I had something to eat which made me even more sick. On Monday I had stomach cramps and this feeling that I was going to vomit all day.Tuesday morning it was better but I was weak because I hadn t eaten anything. I decided to have some soup and salad with avocado and tomatoes corn raisins spinach and I believe that s it. Wednesday I felt better but I had a bowel movement which was the charcoal coming out but it was a hard ball of charcoal, it had a chicken fat like gelatinous mucus covering over it with traces of blood in it. I was speaking to a friend and she was suggesting that I get a colonoscopy and that it may be diverticulitis. I was wondering what are some things that I can do since I won t be able to get a doctors appointment because of the holiday season, also wondering what this could mean?
