What Causes Diarrhea, Stomach Ache And Blood In Stool?

Hi there, Just looking to get an opinion about gallbladder removal. I have celiac disease and I few other autoimmune diseases so my stomach has never been normal. But, the last few months it s been unbearable. Severe urgent diarrhea, stomach pains, mucus in stool, blood (rarely) my anus is itchy and irritated, and sporadic severe acid indigestion. I just had a ct scan that came back normal and a HIDA scan that said my ejection fraction was 28%. I feel like I have more symptoms of Crohn s disease or possibly Ulcerative Colitis? Do you have an opinion on that? I m wondering if I should have more tests done before I decide to have my gallbladder removed? Is 28% a bad enough number to even remove the gallbladder, I know it s debatable. Thank you for your time!!!

Hello,

As you explain the situation probably a common infection might be the cause. Do not worry so much the doctors know what they do believe in them and good luck.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
