Hello,

Diarrhea may lead to hypovolemia and shock lead to drowsiness or coma. Other possibilities like serum electrolytes loss may lead to altered behavior.

Infections or cerebral malaria or bleeding through rectum may lead to anemia.

Until examination or investigation is done it is difficult to say what it is.

So please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
