Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting which seems to be mainly due to food intolerance , food allergy, viral infection and it could be due to inflammatory bowel disease.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole, omeprazole along with loperamide. Doctor may order stool test and ultrasonography for further examination. For now

- Take oral rehydrating solution and take plenty of fluids.

- Eat light and non spicy food.

- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
