What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting After Taking Reclast Infusion?

I took Rerclast infusions for a year one year ago and had diarhea and vomiting big time...Now i m having jaw problems where I m losing bone in my jaw and having abcesses uner my teeth. Is this possibly a side effect? If so what kind of DR. do I go to. Thank you, Katheryn Brown YYYY@YYYY

Reclast (zolendronic acid) causes gastrointestinal problems like nausea and vomiting quite frequently.
The other symptom that you are describing is pointing towards osteonecrosis of jaw that can happen with Reclast, which is a bisphosphonate.
I would suggest you to meet an orthopedic consultant. The treatment, if the the diagnosis is confirmed depends upon the stage and various options like antimicrobial rinses, systemic antibiotics, analgesics and finally surgical options are available.
