What Causes Diarrhea And Black Stool?

I have had an upset stomach for the past week mostly starting around the evening time. I have had diarrhea since then as well. I took some Pepto and now my stool is black. However, I have not taken any Pepto since Saturday night and my stool is still black. I also have some bloating and just feel uncomfortable. Should I go see my doctor?
