General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the intake of I-pill on Tuesday is not responsible for diarrhea on Thursday.

There can be intestine infection, stress or other issues behind the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
