What Causes Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...about 1 week ago I woke to sudden watery diarrhea , the next day started my constant throbbing pain in my left abdomen. It’s been 5 days and I feel bloated and have a lot of pressure. The pain on left side is there but not as bad. Should I go in or is it just something I ate?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the diarrhea with abdomen pain and bloating indicate underlying intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus which may be ingested via contaminated food or liquid.
* In our clinic, I recommend proper dietary measures, GI specific antibiotics, antacids, PPI, pro biotics to cover the issue faster.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
