Hi i m 28 weeks pregnant and feeling very much unlike my normal self. waking uo in tears going to bed in tears and feel very alone. i have noticed i am not issolating myself from people and hate the thought of going outside. i am also suffering with artritus in my hip and have very little support around me. i have tried counciling in the past but i tend to tell people what they want to hear and find it very hard to express in person my own feelings and emotions. i just get frustrated of the i feel so sorry for you look i always get.
