What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi. I am 40 years old. I have a 28 days menstural cycle. i have already started with my pre menopausal symptoms. It has been confirmed with USG. This month i am 10 days up on my cycle and still have not got my periods. What medicine should i take to induce my periods immediately.

hi..as you told you have started postmenopausal period...it is quite normal that period days increases from now..
take tab regestrone 5 mg for 5 days..then stop it..
after stopping periods will start in a week..
