General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suggested to get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get blood, urine & USG done if needed to confirm pregnancy. If you are not pregnant then you will be given medicines (Primolut N or Medroxyprogesterone depending upon your diagnosis) to regulate your periods. In the meantime, you can take food rich in iron, calcium & protein.Stay away from stress, take adequate sleep.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
