What Causes Delayed Periods While On Methamphetamine?
I've been using meth on and off for the past couple months... 2 weeks on it and a week off or 1 week on it and a couple weeks off. I haven't had my period in almost a month and I'm on birth control pills but haven't taken them for a couple weeks so can the use of meth be affecting my period? I also had sex with my boyfriend in the time span that I have been using meth.

As a physician I would like to tell you that the thing that you missed your OC pills and had unprotected sex in that time span increases your chances of getting pregnant by many folds. I would suggest that you should take a home UPT test and visit a consulting Ob/gy doctor if it comes out to be negative. Also, Methamphetamine will not affect menstrual cycle.
