What Causes Delayed Periods, Vaginal Spotting And Severe Back Pain?

Hi Dr Andrew, thank you for offering your assitance.I have missed two months of my period. I have 37 day cycle. My last mens was on the 22-24 th of March 2015 & my partner and I did the deed on the 25-27th of March. I missed April (may stress coz i was under alot of pressure) , HPT was negative. My partner & I did the deed on the 16-23rd May 2015. I took another HPT on the 22nd of May and it was negative. On the 24th I saw a pink to light brown. I started spotting again on the 30th May- 04th June. At the moment I m having terrible backaches as well and last night I started wiping small clots. The spotting/bleeding is very watery and light red. I m not sure what this is but I d really like some help to understand this and how I can go forward with it. Thank you. Geraldine

I really appreciate your concern, such uncertain and irregular bleeding could be due to hormone changes and not due to any pregnancy some time this could be due to age too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
