What Causes Delayed Periods And Recurring Spotting?

Hi, I m 20 years of age and I m going threw a wierd phase of my body right now. My last menstral cycle was on Nov 22,2015 and I had conceived on Dec 3-6 2015. My period was suppose to arrive on the 22nd of This month and I didn t get anything. Now 1week and 1 day later I am having spotting that comes and goes but, the spotting is so light that you can t see it in my pee and only when I whipe. It s not a lot but just a little. I m getting cramp feelings but it doesn t hurt like a normal period would the cramps also come and go... I don t have any soreness of breast either as I would get when I usually get my period. What could this be? Could I be pregnant? If so when would a test be recommended? Should I go see a doctor about this??
