What Causes Delayed Periods And Pink Vaginal Spotting?

Ok so i have been showing pregnancy symptoms and feeling as if i knew forsure i was pregnant i hadn t gotten my period but i started bleeding this was not period bleeding im sure of it because this was much lighter and also was too late to be my period.... it started off as a discharge brown color and only appeared when i would wipe myself it slowly got pink and from pink to a more of a light red color... but im scared cause the other night i was sleeping and i woke up and i was bleeding still but very lightly it was huring so bad in the middle of my stomach... It felt like it was burning i couldnt sleep it made me cry and my husband was rubbing my stomach and it was still feeling like it was burning it would stop for a little bit and then start over again it hurt so bad and the next day the light bleeding had stopped im not sure what it could be

Your history of getting periods late (assuming you had regular menstrual cycles before) and mild spotting surely suggest possibility of pregnancy.

But the abdominal pain you developed yesterday indicate possible ongoing miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy(fetus attaches outside the uterus,commonly to fallopian tube) or urinary tract infection.All these conditions can have serious complications and require medical attention.So I do not recommend treating your pain at home with pain killers.
I suggest that you go the emergency room as soon as possible.
