What Causes Delayed Periods And Brown Vaginal Discharge While Trying To Conceive?

Hi Doctor, im 24 years. my periods are super regular. mine is 30-32 days cycle. im trying to concieve from past 2 years. last month i visited a gyna on my 12 th day, she examined my dominant follicle size as 12mm. and she has suggested susten 300 mg (10 tablets after dinner). i have taken them properly. and now my periods dint occur yet(4 days delay) no menstural symptoms tilll yesterday and now little on and off type cramps occured and on and off type brown discharge started. and back pain and leg pains are also like on and off type. i have taken home pregnancy test on 2nd due day of my period which is negative. im confused now. can u please help me to understand what is going on?

Hi, after taking susten tablets periods may take 1 to 2 weeks to come. So, you will have to wait for one to two weeks. If you don't get your periods in that time, do a urine pregnancy test again. Most likely you will get your periods in few days.
