General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hey, I have reviewed your query.

Let me tell you that all these symptoms you have mentioned are side effects of Mirena.
Mirena IUD have levonorgestrel hormone on it, which can cause missed period, altered bleeding pattern. It can also vause headaches and mood swings.

You dont need to worry about that, it will get bettee with time.
In case your symptoms persist, you may have to get it removed, and swotch to some other contraceptive method.

Have a nice day ahead.
