General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Pregnancy is rare but occasionally women who have had a tubal do become pregnant. Pregnancy tests are most accurate one week after a missed period done on a first morning urine. I would repeat the test again and if it is negative then see your doctor for an exam and some blood testing to determine why you are having these symptoms.
Regards
