What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Red Vaginal Discharge?

I was suppose to get my period at the beginning of the week and I never did. I had a pale pink discharge after I peed every once in a while and today the discharge became more orange and red. I still am not bleeding though and have no signs of my period.

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular bleeding could be due to hormone disturbances, if you are worry about the pregnancy then this may not be pregnancy still to clear the doubt better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
