What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Dizziness?
Hi my period is 8 days late. I took a pregnancy test yesterday after 7 days of it being late and the test came back negative. However, when i woke up this morning i felt nauseous and light headed. I have been feeling this way all day, I ve been wanting to throw up all day. Can these be symptoms for something else or ? Thank you so much!

Being in child bearing age.... Your symptoms point to possible pregnqncy
Actually pregnancy test done at home is rreliably positive after 8 days delay in periods. You had done it on 7th day... you can repeat it after a couple of days more to exclude error in testing.
In absence of +ve pregnancy test.....such symptoms indicate hormonal imbalance.. which can be corrected by few investigations &specific treatment under guidance of gynecologist.
