What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Mild Pelvic Pain And Severe Mood Swings?

My period is 2days late, some pelvic pain that last about 10 - 15 seconds and quiet tired and extremely bad mood swings that just pop out of no where. My period was a week late last week and I took a pregnancy test and it was negative what s going on with my body?
