What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?
Dr..i am trying for pregnancy.. my last period was april 25th. 27 th onwards 5 days i taken letrozol medicine for ovualtion.. we made sex every one after days. today 42 days..i didnt get periods. i check pregnancy test in home. but its showing negative result.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion better to get done the ultrasonography test in case of amenorrhea because home base pregnancy test may give false result, pregnancy is depends upon some compatibility like presence of sperm and ovum at the time of coitus so first thing you need to do is get done the semen analysis and ovulation study, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
