What Causes Delayed Period, Headaches And Breasts Tenderness While HPT Is Negative?

I am about 4 days late having my period. My breast are tender and I also have been having headaches, gassy, and heartburn. I have been taking birth control but not like I should bc I tend to forget. I had unprotected sex during ovulation. Could I be pregnant? All the test I have taken have been negative.

All pregnancy kits show positive results once you achieve high hormonal level. at least 10 days from missed periods. you could be pregnant because you don't use pills regularly. you could not be pregnant and there are only pre-menstrual symptoms. all you can do is just wait and watch.
