A common side effects of all such tablets are menstrual irregularities and so I would think there is nothing serious to your issue. But if you have not had a period for more than 30-45 days then visit your doctor who should be able to find the cause and even prescribe pills to experience a withdrawal bleed so you can soon have a normal cycle.
