Hiii sir i have sex with my gf on 24 june and in the month of may she got mc around 25th may n i have given her unwanted-72 pill within one n half an hour...still she did not get period...is there any chances of pregnancy and why she is not getting mc....

Chances of pregnancy are almost negligible.
Delayed periods could to be due to hormonal imbalance which can occur following the use of Unwanted-72, which is temporary.
Since you had unprotected sex on June 24th and given unwanted-72 pill within one and half an hour, the success rate of the emergency contraceptive pill is very high.
