What Causes Delayed Period After Taking I-pill Followed By Unprotected Sex?

Hi . i had periods on 4 feb n it was over by 9 feb. Then on 14feb i had unprotected sex with bf but he did not ejaculate in me still being on safer side i took ipill within 4 hours. Aftr this i again got periods on 21 feb. Please help me knw when will i get periods as its already 21 march today and i have not got periods. Please tel me are there any chances of preganancy. I dont want to get pregnant please help :(

Dear patient
You have taken sufficient precautions and there is very less chance of you getting pregnant. Since your period was over by 9th bleeding you get on 21st was withdrawal bleeding due to Ipill effect. You need not to worry as period might be delayed due to tablets. To be on safer did I would advise urine pregnancy test. If it's negative you are not having any pregnancy. Always remember to use protection during sex. It has dual advantage of preventing you from pregnancy and std. All the best.
