What Causes Delayed Period After Having Unprotected Sex While On Triphasil?

Hi doctor i started Triphasil on the 30th last mnth & i skipped d white tablet i usually take it at 8:00am but took it the following day , two hours later had unprotected sex .now im on the red tablets but no periods yet .should i be woried ? Could i be pregnant?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have a doubt with your explanation, you mean you skipped one day tablet on 31st July and you took this tablet on 1st August along with August 1st tablet, so you took 2 tablets on 1st August. If this you have followed then you don't have to worry, you are not pregnant. Another explanation of your sentence is, you missed on 31st July and you took that day tablet on 1st August. You took 1st August tablet on 2nd August and so on. if this is what you have done, then there are chances of you becoming pregnant. You have to get the pregnancy test. If the pregnancy test is positive, it is not safe to keep.
