What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Hi i havent had my period in 4 months now... i did not get it in october and now it jan 2015 . I went to the hospital and they told me i wasnt pregnant then i took a pregnancy test anther two times should i go somewhere else whats wrong why havent i got it yet

you can have serum test for laborotory to rule out pregnancy. cessation of mensuration can be due to many reason otherthen pregnancy. can consult gynecologist to rule out cause.
