What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?
Hi my period is currently 16 days late. I took a home pregnancy test at 13 days late in the afternoon but it was negative. Had cramping and fatigue. Past two days I have noticed the tiniest bit of blood in my underwear. Like a light pink/brown. It only happens once a day and then stops til the next day. Could I still be pregnant?

Pregnancy home test is highly effective if used after 5 days of the delayed period.
You better take another pregnancy test for confirmation. Most probably you are not pregnant and the delay may be related to hormone imbalance.
You may need to take progesterone-like hormones for 7days to help you bring the cycle.
