What Causes Delay In Periods,fatigue And Abdominal Bloating?

I had my tubes tied in 2000 and am very regular on my periods.I have a missed period.Feeling very fatigued to the point that I m not functioning with my regular duties at home.Having abdominal bloating and lower back pain.A mild fever off and on for the last 3 days.Could I be pregnant?

Hi.

Pregnancy is not possible due to your tubes being tied, instead this is a hormonal imbalance which can be caused by various factors. But the most likely in my opinion (mainly based on your age, which I do not have) is pre-menopause. If you are around 40 years of age or more, then this is the most likely cause. If not, then please speak to your doctor about all the possible causes for a hormonal imbalance.
